1. Services Provided
Sharelimitless provides a SaaS framework for client portal creation, document uploads, milestone billing, and automated notification alerts (WhatsApp/email). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
2. User Accounts
You must maintain the security of your login details. You are responsible for all activities, data uploads, and client interactions that occur within your account and associated workspaces.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the services to transmit malware, store illegal assets, or send unsolicited spam. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service access.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sharelimitless is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from workspace downtime, file data loss, or payment disputes.
